When waste leaves the septic tank it enters the drain field. If your septic drain fields become saturated and can no longer absorb waste water, our restoration treatment can help you avoid drain field replacement.

Our treatment includes the extraction of waste water from the saturated drain field and the introduction of an agent that reacts with the buildup of sulfides in the drain field. As this reaction occurs, oxygen is produced. Oxygen aids in the replenishment of the soil's aerobic bacteria, and re-creates small passages in the soil for water to flow. This reduced compaction and rejuvenated aerobic bacteria can add many years to the life of a drain field.

There are times when drain field replacement should be considered. If the drain field is more than 25 or 30 years old, it may have reached its useful life. Our drain field restoration service will help maximize the life of the septic system, but in some cases, replacement is the only solution.
